At a young age, Ryan always knew he loved making people happy, which was the driving force behind his classroom shinanigans and bubbly sense of humor. After ten years of living in Vancouver, where he attended film school, worked in the bar scene, and spent a year living on the beaches of Mexico, Ryan returned to the prairies, where he became the managing partner for thirteen bars across Canada. In an effort to combine his 15 years of customer service experience, love for people, and his keen interest in the housing market, Ryan chose to pursue a path as a REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker Signature in Saskatoon.

Anchored by his unwavering focus on clients, Ryan feels real estate is fundamentally about creating and maintaining relationships to help clients achieve their goals. As a homeowner, Ryan understands the stress of buying a home and intends to ease the pain every step of the way.

In addition to being the proud single dad to his beautiful daughter and step-father to his two incredible step-daughters, Ryan moonlights as a screenwriter and published author, that is, if he’s not at the gym or sweating it up in a spin class.
