Cody Richard is an enthusiastic and committed real estate professional, servicing Halifax and Nova Scotia. With a background in operations management in the construction industry + coming from a military family, he knows what it takes to work hard to get you the best deal and ensure you have the smoothest possible real estate transaction. Moving provinces 4 times in his earlier years allowed him to gain a different perspective of Canada and definitely got him familiar with the relocation process. Cody ended up landing in Halifax and it is absolutely his favourite place in Canada because of the wonderful people, beautiful scenery and the setting on the ocean! Cody knows your real estate goals don’t just represent a transaction, they are an opportunity to create long lasting relationships and connections with his clients. Partnering with the Cowan - Smith team, also being mentored by Mariana Cowan has allowed him to gain invaluable experience, as well as raising the standard of customer service to go above and beyond. Aside from real estate, Cody is very passionate about taking care of his health, lives a very active lifestyle playing multiple sports, going to the gym and running. Also he enjoys spending time with family, friends, his 2 pomeranians and embodies a philosophy of always learning + moving forward.
